project manager for AI solutions

• Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments within scope, timeline, and budget;
• Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management;
• Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements;
• Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis;
• Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations;
• Organize the work of cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog;
• Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption;
• Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions.

• 4+ Years of Project Management experience, with proven experience leading projects from initial request through implementation;
• Experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users;
• Experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects;
• Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes;
• Hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with proven implementation beyond development processes and default SDLC processes;
• Fluent English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level;
• Nice to have: Background in Business Analysis or Product Management, proficiency in no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt.
