• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, Automation, and technology transformation projects;
• Serve as the primary client contact during project delivery, managing expectations and stakeholder relationships;
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and success metrics with clients and delivery teams;
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance artifacts, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and executive communications;
• Align business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery priorities;
• Support AI lifecycle activities including discovery, data readiness, model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and operationalization;
• Facilitate architectural discussions and roadmap planning;
• Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices;
• Track project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and business outcomes;
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, Responsible AI, privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements;
• Coordinate collaboration across business, technology, data, architecture, vendor, and operational teams;
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure smooth project execution;
• Facilitate the transition of AI solutions into production and business-as-usual operations;
• Monitor and report business benefits, including productivity improvements, efficiency gains, cost optimization, user adoption, and value realization;
• Coach teams on delivery excellence, stakeholder communication, and project execution.

• 5+ Years of experience in Project Management, Technology Delivery, Digital Transformation, AI, Data, Analytics, Automation, or related initiatives;
• Experience managing complex technology projects from initiation through delivery and operational transition;
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and AI solution delivery lifecycles;
• Experience leading multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional business and technology teams;
• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, outsourcing, or enterprise delivery environments;
• Strong client-facing, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies;
• Understanding of project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery oversight;
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills;
• Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments;
• Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements for enterprise AI solutions;
• Experience with enterprise-scale technology platforms and system integrations;
• High-level understanding of AWS, Azure, enterprise AI and machine learning platforms, microservices, distributed architectures, CI/CD, automation, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, data platforms, analytics, and real-time processing solutions;
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, or automation programs in production environments, experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries, hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools, AI, Generative AI, or PMI-CPMAI certifications, experience supporting governance, architecture, security, and compliance reviews for large technology programs, experience in consulting, outsourcing, or client-facing delivery environments.
