Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget
Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements
Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations
Organize cross-functional business and technical teams, including their scope, priorities, and backlog
Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption
Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions
требования
4+ Years of Project Management experience, including leading projects from initial request through implementation
Experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users
Experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects
Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes
Hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with proven implementation beyond development processes and default SDLC processes
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced)
