project manager for AI adoption

• Own the company-wide AI initiative map, tracking use cases, statuses, owners, and impact across every team;
• Scout new AI opportunities by analyzing workflows, identifying automation potential, and preparing proposals for new projects;
• Coordinate incoming requests, clarify needs, connect people with the right experts, and drive requests through to results;
• Turn raw requests into clear analysis that supports decision-making;
• Maintain AI governance guidelines, usage rules, registries, and approvals with InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, and other functions;
• Run AI adoption programs, including workshops, mentoring, case study showcases, learning materials, and regular updates;
• Drive internal AI communications covering news, policy changes, available tools, success stories, and entry points for teams;
• Engage with external vendors and industry peers to gather best practices, constraints, capabilities, and signals for the AI roadmap;
• Deliver regular updates to the team and stakeholders on progress, blockers, and required decisions.

• Experience in program or project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments;
• Ability to structure information, set priorities, and drive processes toward measurable results;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience with cross-functional processes involving InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, HR/L&D, product, and technical teams;
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify the underlying problem, and define expected impact;
• High ownership and autonomy, with a solution-focused approach;
• Solid AI literacy, including understanding of modern AI tools, workflows, limitations, and risks;
• Comfort working with metrics, statuses, and reporting;
• Pragmatic approach to building processes that support AI adoption;
• Nice to have: experience in AI, digital transformation, or change management; experience launching training programs, hands-on workshops, or communities; background in a product or technical environment; understanding of LLM tools, AI automation, RAG, AI agents, or no-code/low-code platforms.
