• Ensure all Scrum/Kanban events and ceremonies take place and remain positive, productive, and within the timebox;
• Help formulate techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management;
• Track team capacity to support Product Owner and team planning and delivery forecasting;
• Empower teams to self-organise and foster continuous improvement aligned with product and technology roadmaps and customer expectations;
• Validate incoming project requests, identify those requiring further information, and facilitate this with stakeholders and key management;
• Provide timely feedback and reporting on team progress, delivery status, risks, and key challenges to the wider organisation;
• Collaborate with Product and Technology management to identify impediment patterns, resolve issues, and formulate improvement steps;
• Facilitate the implementation and ongoing refinement of agile methodologies across global software and data engineering teams;
• Remove impediments that obstruct team goals while preserving flexibility and responsiveness to changing project demands.

• 3+ Years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in the IT industry;
• Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks;
• Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset and persistence to get things done;
• Willingness to assume unconventional responsibilities should the project necessitate a pivot in focus;
• Fluency in Jira and Confluence;
• English fluency.
