Project Manager

Bank of Georgia is a banking institution providing financial services.

• Manage IT programs from initiation to implementation;
• Collect and analyze business requirements;
• Define the program scope, goals, and key outcomes;
• Mobilize the budget and resources required for program implementation;
• Search for vendors, select vendors, conduct scorecard analysis, and plan and execute pilots;
• Manage vendor relationships and support the contracting process with all involved parties;
• Create and manage a unified program backlog;
• Communicate with clients, sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and plan the tasks required for the program;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during quarterly planning;
• Participate in quarterly planning, present past progress, and set goals for the next quarter;
• Report to sponsors and clients within the scope of programs.

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or Finance;
• 3 To 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking;
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of Agile methodology fundamentals, practices, and theory;
• Ability to make business decisions and focus on bank strategy;
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and attention to detail;
• Ability to transform ideas into opportunities and functions;
• Communication and presentation skills;
• Negotiation skills;
• Computer skills with MS Office, Jira, and Confluence;
• Nice to have: Experience with Agile methodology.
