Project Manager

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of IT project management methodologies, standards, and best practices;
• Support the prioritization, planning, and tracking of IT projects to ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Provide project management guidance and coordination to project teams, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, time, budget, and quality;
• Monitor project risks, interdependencies, and cross-project impacts, and support the implementation of mitigation strategies;
• Support project and portfolio-level reporting, preparing structured updates for stakeholders and management;
• Ensure adherence to IT PMO governance frameworks, policies, and procedures throughout project execution;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT PMO processes and delivery practices;
• Assist in monitoring, allocating, and prioritizing Technology and Digital projects and resources;
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and timely escalation of risks, issues, and decisions;
• Promote inter-departmental communication and collaboration;
• Provide operational support to ensure effective coordination and smooth execution of project activities;
• Lead complex, high-impact projects with increased autonomy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective stakeholder engagement at levels;
• Drive decision-مانacing and governance at project and portfolio level, including proactive escalation and resolution of critical risks, issues, and dependencies;
• Perform additional duties as required, contributing to both strategic and operational project management activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, IT PMO, or other relevant Agile-related roles;
• Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools;
• Understanding of software development life cycle, IT infrastructure, business operations, IT security, and compliance requirements;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in team-oriented environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and sound data-driven decision-making;
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across business, technology, and control functions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Highly motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and deliver within tight deadlines;
• Fluent in Greek and English, both verbal and written;
• Nice to have: Master's degree, familiarity with project performance metrics, continuous improvement practices, and data-driven delivery approaches.
