Project Manager

• Lead and manage information technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals;
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and third-party vendors;
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies;
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure smooth execution;
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting progress and addressing issues proactively;
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations;
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards;
• Drive post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree;
• Have 3-7 years of experience in project management for information technology initiatives;
• Possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches), with ability to tailor approach to project type;
• Demonstrate experience with enterprise technology deployments, system integrations, IT infrastructure initiatives;
• Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
• Work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities;
• Fluent in English;
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar);
• Hold a PMP certification or PRINCE2 (practitioner) or any other Agile/Project Management certification;
• Nice to have: proficiency in Greek.
