Project Manager

The company operates an online casino platform and provides services within the iGaming industry, focusing on strategic initiatives, partner integrations, and operational efficiency.

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery;
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics;
• Configure and maintain Jira projects, dashboards, filters, and workflows;
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Casino Operations, CRM, Compliance, Payments, Finance, and Technology teams;
• Deliver measurable business value and support growth objectives;
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while driving solutions;
• Provide regular reporting to senior management;
• Manage the onboarding of game providers, aggregators, PSPs, and strategic partners;
• Act as the primary business contact for external partners during implementation and launch;
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams;
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans;
• Manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders;
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project delivery processes;
• Contribute to the development of scalable integration and onboarding frameworks;
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

• 5+ Years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Partner Management;
• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, specifically online casino platforms, aggregators, or B2B gaming providers;
• Proven experience managing cross-functional business projects and stakeholder relationships;
• Experience coordinating integrations involving game providers, PSPs, aggregators, or third-party platforms;
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capabilities;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Russian language skills.
