Project Manager

Tesla designs and manufactures electric vehicles, battery energy storage systems, and solar energy products, while also developing advanced automation and intelligent interface technologies to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

• Lead the global expansion and optimization of intelligent assistance capabilities across internal and external tools;
• Manage market rollouts and track detection and conversion performance;
• Ideate and implement smart automation solutions including conversational interfaces, voice agents, and automated outreach;
• Identify and propose innovative use cases for intelligent automation to drive conversion and efficiency;
• Define and own the strategic roadmap for Advanced Systems in EMEA;
• Manage multiple complex, end-to-end projects simultaneously;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams;
• Apply data-driven project management principles by defining KPIs and presenting initiatives to stakeholders.

• Proven track record managing complex digital transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of intelligent automation, conversational interfaces, natural language processing, or machine learning;
• Ability to learn quickly, grasp technical concepts, and translate them into business solutions;
• Creative thinker with a passion for technological innovation;
• Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies and execution frameworks;
• Clear communicator and self-starter capable of working under pressure and managing ambiguity.
