Project Manager

• Plan and coordinate IT projects and sub-projects independently;
• Execute projects including budget responsibility in alignment with business units;
• Assess and evaluate requirements regarding IT strategy, IT architecture, and compliance standards;
• Lead diverse project teams and moderate committees and steering groups;
• Present complex IT matters to various audiences including top management;
• Align projects with both classical and agile project management methods;
• Establish and continuously optimize project management methodologies, primarily Scrum.

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification;
• Several years of professional experience in classical and/or agile IT project management;
• Excellent methodological expertise and knowledge of agile tools and frameworks;
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills;
• Hands-on mentality, conflict resolution skills, and analytical strength;
• Structured working style, high motivation, self-responsibility, and resilience;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification, very good German.
