• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
• Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets;
• Lead project teams in executing plans and ensuring milestones are met;
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external clients;
• Collaborate across departments to align product, technology, and compliance teams;
• Identify potential project risks and suggest mitigation strategies;
• Conduct quality checks and project reviews;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Generate and present reports on project progress, budget status, and milestones;
• Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior project managers;
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

• 4+ Years of experience in international IT projects, including end-to-end product implementation and custom development;
• Experience in back-end project implementation and infrastructure-oriented projects;
• Experience in project planning and budgeting;
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall;
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence;
• Understanding of SDLC;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills;
• Fluent English;
• Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously;
• Nice to have: FinTech background.
