• Manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery.
• Apply a proven project methodology focused on collaboration with clients, third parties, and SD Worx.
• Monitor and report on project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate and support multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring smooth and proactive communication.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and adapt to dynamic, non-standardized processes.
• Ensure knowledge is shared across the team to avoid centralizing information in one person.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, solving problems on the go and adapting to changing needs.

• A confident leader with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Flexible and resilient in the face of unexpected challenges.
• Passionate about delivering excellent project follow-up and customer experience.
• Comfortable using a variety of digital tools and eager to learn new ones. Able to work across cultures and borders, with an international mindset and willingness to travel.
• A proactive communicator who builds bridges between teams and stakeholders. Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and always ready to go the extra mile, with a smile.
• Bachelor´s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in project management, ideally in international environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English;
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with dynamic, non-standardized project environments.
