требования
- Experience managing IT and Digital Transformation projects;
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders;
- Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions;
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to Go-Live;
- Knowledge of systems integration and enterprise environments (ERP, SAP, corporate applications);
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall;
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or Trello;
- Availability for a hybrid work arrangement.
