Project Delivery Manager for healthcare implementations

Tandem Health is reimagining healthcare with a clinician-designed platform featuring medical notes and workflows that support patient care. The health-tech company is expanding globally and focuses on improving healthcare through technology.

• Own end-to-end deployments for large hospital and care organizations, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment
• Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support commercial efforts in Spain
• Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT, and internal teams to keep deployments moving
• Prepare and support teams through training and go-live, including regular on-site work across Spain
• Drive adoption after go-live and work with clinical champions to identify and address barriers
• Identify and resolve issues, bringing together the right people when support is needed
• Work with internal specialists such as MedOps and TechOps, driving the project and remaining accountable for the overall outcome
• Improve implementation processes, tools, and ways of working as the company scales

• At least 2 years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, technology, healthcare operations, a start-up or scale-up, or project/programme management
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Strong bias towards action and ownership
• Ability to work independently and structure ambiguous problems
• Professional fluency in Spanish
