Project coordinator & business analyst in IT

We are looking for someone who combines business analysis and project coordination skills, supporting the implementation of technological solutions in an international environment. The role involves working with business users, IT teams, and external partners to effectively deliver initiatives that support the organization’s growth.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, operational challenges, and expected business outcomes
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Prepare and update project and process documentation, as well as materials supporting decision-making
• Support the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and solution recommendations
• Organize and facilitate working sessions and project meetings
• Monitor agreements, follow-up actions, and open issues requiring clarification
• Coordinate activities between business teams, IT departments, vendors, and implementation partners
• Manage schedules, action lists, project statuses, and ongoing project communications
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalate matters requiring a decision
• Support the delivery of smaller project initiatives within the agreed scope of responsibility
• Coordinate activities related to user acceptance testing, including preparing test scenarios and monitoring reported bugs
• Support organizational readiness for the launch of new solutions and post-implementation activities
• Handle the intake and coordination process for requests related to technology needs
• Contribute to improving processes, documentation, reporting, and collaboration between teams
• Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with security, quality, and data protection procedures

• A university degree in business, information systems, computer science, life sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, technology consulting, business process support, or a similar area.
• Good knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering and documentation.
• Understanding of the technology project lifecycle, including testing and handover of solutions to users.
• Ability to plan work, maintain documentation, and effectively monitor task completion.
• Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Very good knowledge of English and at least one additional European language.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and willingness to work with project and reporting tools.
