As our Senior Software Program Manager, you will play a key role in turning new product development into successful deliveries.
Working across Product Management, Engineering, and key business stakeholders, you will help ensure our teams remain focused on delivering high-value solutions that meet customer and business needs.
- Lead the delivery of software initiatives, ensuring teams create value for customers and the business.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and key stakeholders to align priorities, Program Increments, and execution.
- In the role of Product Owner (PO), drive planning, coordination, and delivery across cross-functional Agile teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to keep programs on track and achieve business objectives.
- Foster collaboration and transparency, by providing clear communication on progress, priorities, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve products, platforms, and ways of working through customer, business, and technical insights.
- Champion Agile practices and continuous improvement to enhance delivery effectiveness and quality.
- Help shape future product direction by translating stakeholder needs and market opportunities into actionable initiatives.
