• Translate high-level product strategy into epics, requirements, and clear deliverables;
• Understand business goals, user needs, market constraints, and regulatory requirements behind initiatives;
• Prioritize the backlog, challenge scope, and remove work that does not advance the product;
• Track delivery timelines, surface risks and blockers, and ensure commitments are met;
• Analyze data, user flows, and edge cases;
• Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Validate that shipped solutions solve the intended problems;
• Align Engineering, Design, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and Project teams around shared goals;
• Act as the single point of truth for scope and status;
• Report progress, trade-offs, and decisions to executives.

• 3+ Years of product experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fintech, crypto, or payments;
• Solid understanding of crypto products, including wallets, on/off-ramps, cards, and trading;
• Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, user flows, and data-informed decisions;
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams;
• Strong execution discipline and ability to turn broad goals into shippable, trackable plans;
• Excellent English for written requirements and confident spoken communication;
• Nice to have: SQL/BI.
