The company develops SaaS solutions for the insurance sector. Its proprietary platform helps brokerages, MGAs, and insurance companies manage the policy lifecycle and automate critical business processes.

Gather and analyze requirements
Prepare functional specifications and define user stories
Prioritize the backlog with the project team
Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Participate in functional testing and UAT
Track project progress and ensure client needs are translated into high-value technology solutions
Act as the main functional contact between the client and technical team
требования
More than 5 years of experience in the insurance sector
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager
Knowledge of PAS (Policy Administration Systems)
Experience gathering functional requirements and converting them into user stories or functional specifications
High level of English (C1), spoken and written
Ability to coordinate technical teams and business users
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
