• Own the direction's backlog end-to-end, from idea through post-release analysis;
• Prioritize features using metrics;
• Design experiments and analyze their results, including unsuccessful experiments;
• Work hands-on with leverage, margin, stop-out, expirations, and execution.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in trading, brokerage, or fintech handling user funds;
• Deep understanding of instrument mechanics beyond the interface layer;
• Ability to independently pull and analyze data using SQL or a BI tool;
• Hands-on experience running A/B tests and understanding the difference between shipped and effective;
• Fluent Russian and English with working proficiency;
• Nice to have: Experience with MT5 or a proprietary trading platform, experience working under a regulator, track record of launching a product or instrument from zero.
