Product owner in digital transformation

Prodware is an international consulting and technology company specializing in digital transformation and business solutions powered by Microsoft technologies. As a long-standing member of Microsoft's Inner Circle for Business Applications, we are recognized among Microsoft's top strategic partners worldwide. We are looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of our Dynamics 365 Human Resources solution and support its use across Prodware countries.

• Take ownership of the Dynamics 365 Human Resources solution and support its use across Prodware countries;
• Act as a key point of contact for countries regarding the platform and iCIMS (Talent Tracking System), coordinating related requests with the relevant teams when needed;
• Collect, analyze and clarify business requirements from HR teams and key users;
• Coordinate system changes, improvements and implementation of new functionalities;
• Organize and lead meetings with relevant stakeholders regarding new requirements and changes;
• Handle and follow up on functional requests and tickets;
• Provide functional support and guidance to users across Prodware countries;
• Translate business requirements into clear and structured tasks for developers;
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation and testing;
• Coordinate testing and validation of implemented changes.

• University degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience;
• Experience with HR systems, business applications or similar software;
• Good understanding of HR processes and technical concepts;
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear tasks for developers;
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
