• Own the backlog of feature requests and incidents;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product priorities and delivery direction;
• Bring structure, ownership, and discipline to the delivery process;
• Manage the workload of the Business Analyst team;
• Ensure smooth coordination between operational needs and product evolution.

• Strong travel mid office expertise;
• Extensive experience with Sabre and Amadeus;
• Experience managing a product backlog and prioritization;
• Experience coordinating Business Analyst teams or similar delivery support functions;
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability and willingness to maintain smooth, clean, and transparent processes;
• Ability to operate at a very detailed level within a highly complex solution;
• Nice to have: Experience with SAP Concur Compleat, experience working as a travel agent.
