• Lead day-to-day execution and deliver objectives within scope, quality, and timeline
• Coordinate analysts, developers, QA specialists, and the Tech Lead
• Keep progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments transparent
• Facilitate Kanban/Scrum processes and ceremonies
• Support backlog management, prioritization, estimation, and release planning
• Monitor team capacity, workload, and delivery predictability
• Act as the main contact for business and technology stakeholders
• Coordinate with VDE, architecture, platform, and other delivery teams
• Escalate issues and drive mitigation plans
• Oversee testing, deployment, and implementation activities
• Ensure quality standards, documentation, and governance are met
• Support onboarding and resource planning

• 7–10 Years of experience in the role
• Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams in enterprise environments
• Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery management skills
• Experience coordinating analysts, developers, QA specialists, and architects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, and complex initiatives
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing, and deployment practices
• Proven experience in banking, payments, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Autonomy, ability to lead others, mentor, and solve abstract tasks
• Fluent English
