• Formulate and refine product strategies, construct Lean Canvases, and build actionable product roadmaps;
• Conduct qualitative user and business research to uncover pain points and customer needs across banking products;
• Benchmark competitors, monitor banking regulations and central bank updates, and adapt product strategy accordingly;
• Validate product hypotheses efficiently without engaging development resources to identify optimal product-market fit;
• Create, groom, and prioritize product backlogs; collaborate with cross-functional software teams using Scrum frameworks;
• Present and defend key strategic initiatives and product investments, and secure leadership buy-in.

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Banking or FinTech;
• Expertise in product strategy definition, Lean Canvas creation, and roadmap planning;
• Background in qualitative user research and business analysis within financial domains;
• Ability to validate hypotheses before development execution;
• Deep understanding of core banking processes, financial products, and central bank and regulatory requirements;
• Practical experience in Scrum backlog prioritization and Agile delivery with technical teams;
• Strong negotiation skills to articulate and justify product decisions before executive leadership;
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian.
