• Run strategic planning processes for products and services in the assigned segment;
• Analyze market trends, competition, and user needs to define product strategies;
• Interpret market data from BTHK and other sources to identify opportunity areas;
• Make commercial decisions on product, pricing, or offer architecture and recommend actions;
• Design and implement innovative solutions that improve user experience;
• Manage the entire product lifecycle;
• Collaborate closely with technical, finance, sales, marketing, and customer experience teams;
• Analyze performance data to drive continuous product improvement;
• Deliver projects on time and successfully using Agile management methodologies;
• Convert sales-channel feedback and sellability analyses into commercial actions;
• Respond quickly to market changes by launching new offers, packages, or product formats;
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic goals.

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering;
• At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications or fixed internet technologies;
• Strong leadership and project management skills;
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Good English proficiency;
• Good command of MS Office programs;
• Ability to quickly adapt to innovation and work in a dynamic, flexible culture;
• Follows market trends and develops new ideas using examples from different markets;
