• Drive product roadmap development and execution, prioritizing initiatives by impact, user needs, and company objectives
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product design, and operations teams to develop and launch products that meet user needs and drive business growth
• Maintain product quality standards across devices, platforms, and applicable use cases
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product development and strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, iterating and refining products to improve user experience and achieve business goals
• Track industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve complex problems, assess risks, and conduct structured, data-informed reasoning
• Deep user empathy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
