product manager in SaaS

SoftConstruct develops a platform and seeks to enhance customer experience through modern AI tools, automation, and continuous product innovation.

• Manage all stages of the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and continuous optimization;
• Drive product research, market analysis, customer feedback collection, and competitive benchmarking;
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to coordinate product releases and ensure high-quality delivery;
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications;
• Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis;
• Generate innovative ideas, including continuous platform features and smart automation, to improve customer experience;
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities and automated workflows;
• Contribute to and maintain product strategy documents covering use cases, business value, technical needs, and expected ROI;
• Ensure roadmap execution aligns with business goals and communicate progress to stakeholders;
• Support go-to-market planning and product positioning with marketing and sales teams;
• Evaluate existing KPIs and propose new success metrics to measure platform performance and guide decision-making;
• Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to analyze product profitability and cost structures, and provide input on product pricing;
• Assist in preparing product sales forecasts, business impact reports, and other strategic assessments;
• Support cross-functional collaboration and foster alignment across departments for product success.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field;
• 3–5 Years of experience in product management or similar roles;
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles;
• Ability to synthesize market data, user feedback, and business inputs into actionable product plans;
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and applications in software;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms;
• Solid communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently;
• Nice to have: background in SaaS, gaming and/or betting industry.
