• You define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for Judicial—with the aim of successfully balancing consistency and consideration for different types of consumers and claims.
• Your solutions are designed for a scalable business while taking into account the many nuances of the collections world. This also includes contact with dunning courts, enforcement authorities and other legal parties. You drive automation projects, understand legal concerns and find successful solutions. You also ensure data accuracy in highly automated processes.
• As a central process in collections, Legal Recovery involves many stakeholders. You bring business units, Operations and Tech together around a shared vision and create structures in which teams can work independently and make decisions. You also bring previously separate teams together in a new overall area with a shared vision.
• Together with your Product Team, you continuously monitor the KPIs of your solutions and optimise them—whether based on external input or your own research.
• You monitor regulatory developments, technological trends and new automation opportunities and integrate them into your product. You evaluate innovative approaches—for example, in AI or workflow automation—and make successful solutions part of the product standard.
• You work closely with other Product Teams, Tech, Operations and customer-facing teams, ensuring clear priorities and aligned roadmaps.
• You identify the needs of users and stakeholders, validate hypotheses and prioritise your product’s development based on data.

• Very good German and English skills (at least C1), both spoken and written.
• Several years of experience (at least three years) in Product Management—ideally in collections, FinTech, B2B SaaS or a comparable regulated environment.
• An interest in gaining in-depth knowledge of judicial dunning proceedings and enforcement, and translating regulatory requirements into modern product solutions.
• Experience building scalable and automated processes, as well as a good understanding of modern automation, workflow or AI solutions.
• Experience using data analysis and process mining tools (e.g. Celonis or comparable platforms).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal, commercial, technical and user-oriented requirements into a compelling product.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Initiative, an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of actively driving change.
