• Co-own the team’s roadmap by co-defining and executing challenging parts of the product strategy;
• Drive the product development lifecycle for Investments features, from user research and technical scoping to engineering delivery, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch iteration;
• Act as the central point between engineering, design, compliance, and legal teams to bring scalable products to market while meeting regulatory requirements;
• Build relationships with stakeholders across teams;
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive data to identify opportunities, optimize the customer journey, and refine the product portfolio.

• Have 2+ years of experience working in a product team, or 3+ years of experience in customer-facing teams working closely with product teams;
• Demonstrate deep empathy for users and care deeply about UX;
• Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, and engaging customer journeys;
• Have experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and finance teams;
• Have experience managing external B2B relationships;
• Interpret investment data, market trends, and user insights to inform product decisions;
• Craft a long-term product vision while executing effectively in the short term;
• Ship products, drive operational excellence, and navigate complex financial ecosystems;
• Make quick decisions and move forward with a bias for action;
• Work autonomously with a high level of independence and responsibility;
• Articulate product decisions, drive alignment, and influence across the organization;
