Docplanner operates a patient–doctor marketplace that connects patients with doctors and clinics, helping people access healthcare, book appointments, and make healthcare experiences more human.

• Own Doctor Success strategy and outcomes, including retention, churn, and reducing zero-booking doctors;
• Partner with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to support doctors from onboarding through renewal;
• Design success journeys for different customer segments, specialties, and maturity levels;
• Own ranking, matching, relevance, and visibility logic across marketplace search and listings;
• Balance patient experience, relevance, doctor outcomes, and commercial objectives;
• Define evaluation frameworks, success metrics, experiments, and guardrails for ranking quality;
• Own the roadmap and business logic for paid visibility products, including First Class and Media360;
• Make the value and ROI of paid visibility products transparent to customers;
• Use SQL and analytics tools to size opportunities and validate decisions independently;
• Instrument products, define metrics, and build dashboards and experiments;
• Drive experimentation through hypotheses, A/B tests, analysis, and iteration;
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, PRD creation, and execution;
• Move from research and discovery to validation, launch, and iteration using AI-assisted workflows;
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Patient Marketing, Engineering, Data, Design, and country teams across markets;
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions and optimize customer outcomes;
• Help evolve marketplace and AI-native product practices and develop the wider product organization.

• 5+ Years of Product Management experience building digital consumer or marketplace products;
• Strong product thinking and a user-centric mindset;
• Commercial instinct for connecting product decisions to business outcomes;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across commercial and technical audiences;
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams;
• Extreme ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity;
• Fluent with SQL and able to query large datasets independently;
• Ability to translate business logic into ranking, scoring, or matching logic;
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills;
• Understanding of churn, retention, engagement, activation, ARPU, and lifetime value;
• Experience owning or improving retention and engagement metrics for a customer base;
• Understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and supply-side versus consumer outcomes;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily product workflows;
• Ability to move quickly from research and discovery to execution and launch;
• Nice to have: experience with search, ranking, relevance, recommendation, or matching systems; experience with pricing, monetization, or visibility / ads products in a marketplace; experience owning customer success, retention, or supply-growth outcomes with commercial teams; background in healthcare, healthtech, wellness, or patient-engagement products; experience building LLM-powered or conversational AI products, including chat evaluation and prompt optimization.
