• Own and maintain the product roadmap aligned with Flight Operations strategic priorities;
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements;
• Prioritize and manage product and sprint backlogs;
• Identify opportunities to improve situational awareness, operational performance, and decision support;
• Collaborate with engineering, data, analytics, design, and user enablement teams to deliver dashboards, tools, and operational capabilities;
• Lead user acceptance testing, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities;
• Manage project scope and timelines;
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups;
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks;
• Facilitate internal communication and collaboration;
• Act as the point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders;
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles;
• Help teams implement changes effectively;
• Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards;
• Guide development teams toward higher Scrum maturity;
• Build a productive environment where team members own the product;
• Drive innovation and the end-to-end launch of products;
• Co-develop roadmaps with Digital Business partners and vendors;

• Lead the product functional design process based on user and technology knowledge;

• Develop and maintain product performance tracking and reporting after launch.

• 7+ Years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role;
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing competing business and technical demands;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and software development lifecycles;
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly visible environment;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in Product Ownership and Roadmap Management;
• Experience translating business and technical requirements;
• Flight Operations domain experience.
