• Apply a data-driven approach and evaluate feature success through metrics;
• Have proven experience with monetary mechanics in iGaming or Trading;
• Understand unit economics;
• Set tasks for development and design teams;
• Prioritize the backlog and prepare A/B tests;
• Analyze user experience and interfaces;
• Formulate, validate, and support business hypotheses with data;
• Balance user value and product economics;
• Have native or bilingual proficiency in Russian.
