• Analyze end-to-end payment processes and identify opportunities for optimization, new revenue streams, and improved customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in payments in the aviation and eCommerce industries.
• Take full responsibility for the product lifecycle—from discovery and design through implementation and testing to launch and performance monitoring.
• Create business and functional requirements, collaborate with UX/UI and technical teams, and prioritize the backlog.
• Optimize global payment processes: payment acceptance, conversion, authorization, fraud management, and settlements.
• Analyze KPIs, implement improvements, and ensure the high quality of deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams (Digital, IT, Finance, Revenue Management, Customer Experience) and with PSPs, acquirers, card networks, and anti-fraud system providers.

• Experience as a Product Manager in digital payments, eCommerce, financial services, or solutions for the aviation/travel industry.
• Good knowledge of online/offline payment processes, gateways, acquiring, fraud management, PCI requirements, and new payment methods.
• Ability to design end-to-end processes and create functional requirements and data-driven business cases.
• Knowledge of product management best practices, backlog management, and the Jira tool.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
