It provides payment solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises and focuses on cross-border settlements between EU entrepreneurs and global partners. The company is building a transparent, secure digital platform and aims to deliver a financial product combining the strengths of traditional banks and FinTech companies.
задачи
Define product vision and roadmap, prioritize features, and align initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams
Analyze customer and stakeholder feedback and conduct market and competitor research
Translate insights into product specifications and user stories
Track product performance, manage backlogs, coordinate releases, and ensure solutions remain secure, compliant, and user-centered
Prepare product documentation, support go-to-market activities, and communicate progress to leadership and key stakeholders
требования
Experience in product management, preferably in payments, FinTech, or financial services
Skills in product strategy, roadmap planning, and requirements definition
Strong analytical and research skills, including data analysis and market and competitor research
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of digital payments, electronic money, or banking products, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in the EU financial sector
Experience with agile or iterative product development methodologies and tools for backlog management, user story creation, and release planning
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to building secure, transparent, and user-friendly financial products
