Yellow Card is a licensed stablecoin-based infrastructure provider operating across more than 60 countries. It provides businesses with stablecoin payment infrastructure, fiat settlement rails, wallet services, and custom local stablecoin issuance across 50 emerging markets.

• Build the strategy and execution plan for the yield product, including discovery, provider evaluation, integration sequencing, and the 2027 launch
• Evaluate yield providers based on returns, counterparty and smart contract risk, liquidity and withdrawal terms, regulatory exposure, and commercial fit; select one to three providers for integration
• Own the crypto product roadmap across custody and digital asset infrastructure
• Define metrics for the health of the crypto product line, including yield adoption, realized versus promised returns, and exposure against limits; advise on sustaining growth
• Work with engineering, treasury, risk, compliance, finance, and payments teams to define requirements, controls, pricing, and go-to-market for crypto products
• Ramp up on current crypto and stablecoin products, custody setup, clients, and metrics; meet key stakeholders; identify quick wins and immediate blockers
• Publish a point of view on the yield landscape and a shortlist of candidate providers with evaluation criteria
• Deliver a yield product plan to leadership, including the recommended first provider, integration and testing approach, success metrics, and a prioritized crypto roadmap

• At least 5 years of product management experience
• Working knowledge of self-custody, hybrid custody, and institutional custodians, including key market players and their differentiators
• Understanding of how yield is generated in crypto and stablecoin markets and of counterparty, smart contract, liquidity, and depeg risks
• Experience shipping complex financial or blockchain-based products, including third-party integrations from discovery to production
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including defining outcome-based metrics and translating data into product decisions
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
