• Analyze customer, market and competitive requirements and identify optimization and innovation potential for control and monitoring solutions.
• Structure and specify portfolio epics, including defining features, acceptance criteria and technical requirements, in close collaboration with Product Owners, Product Lifecycle Managers and system architects.
• Plan, prioritize and manage development initiatives, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget and quality targets using established ALM and project management tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, product management, sales and manufacturing through to sales and manufacturing release.
• Document development progress, results and lessons learned in accordance with applicable PLM guidelines and development milestones.

• Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering (bachelor's, master's or equivalent).
• At least five years of professional experience in product management of high-voltage switchgear, control and monitoring systems or related technical products.
• At least five years of experience in project management of complex development or customer projects, as well as in-depth knowledge of agile methods.
• SAFe certification and practical experience in a SAFe-oriented development environment.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills in an international environment, as well as willingness to travel.
