PayU provides payment services and solutions that enable online merchants to accept card, digital wallet, and local-method payments. It also offers installment and deferred payments, cross-border payments, and subscriptions to businesses across a range of industries.

• Define the product’s long-term vision and establish a roadmap to achieve it
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
• Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges and inform product decisions
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and delivery
• Define and communicate product requirements to development teams
• Use data and analytics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Identify product risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies
• Address issues proactively and adapt strategies to changing market conditions

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, engineering, or computer science
• At least 3 years of product management experience
• Understanding of the fintech industry
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (minimum B2)
• At least 2 years of experience in an agile methodology environment
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven decision-making
• Stakeholder management skills
• Customer-centric mindset
• Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), MS Office tools, and AI agents
