Product manager in beauty and wellness

• Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention and operational efficiency through customer research, market insight and data.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through to delivery, launch, iteration and optimisation.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing and operations to define and deliver high-quality product solutions.
• Use product data and customer insights to prioritise initiatives, measure impact and continuously improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve user journeys and build intuitive, valuable experiences for Fresha’s customers and partners.
• Build strong relationships across the business and ensure alignment between product priorities and wider company objectives.
• Clearly communicate product vision, priorities, progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Challenge existing thinking, test new ideas and identify ways to improve how products are built and delivered.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a consumer-focused, marketplace or digital product environment.
• Proven experience taking software products and features from discovery through to launch and iteration.
• Strong ability to connect product strategy with customer needs and broader business objectives.
• Passion for understanding customers and building intuitive, valuable user experiences.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels.
• Creative and pragmatic approach, balancing long-term product strategy with practical delivery.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering, design, data and commercial teams in a highly collaborative environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment with changing priorities.
