product manager for fitness studios

Hero's Journey operates fitness studios where technology powers the in-studio client experience, including connected workout equipment, athlete tracking, real-time workout displays, and gym infrastructure.

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and key metrics for the area;
• Manage the development team through prioritization, task-setting, and releases;
• Find growth opportunities by observing athlete behavior in the gym and conducting qualitative research;
• Run CustDev and turn findings into product decisions;
• Develop mechanics that improve workout effectiveness and the accuracy of fitness recommendations;
• Use AI tools, including Claude Code, to independently gather analytics, design interfaces, build MVPs, and ship to production in solo mode;
• Take part in launching gyms in the UAE, the USA, and Central Asian countries.

• Experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or business analyst in an IT team;
• Outcome mindset with a focus on driving changes through to their impact on metrics;
• Data-driven approach to decision-making;
• CustDev skills and readiness to talk to users extensively;
• Confident command of AI tools, including Claude Code;
• Fluent working-communication English;
• Active, sporty lifestyle;
• Proactivity and willingness to take ownership;
