BEAT81 is a fitness-tech startup that combines technology, group training, and expert coaching through HIIT and RIDE workouts, real-time heart rate monitoring, and gamification. It creates fitness experiences across digital channels and in-studio settings.

• Own elements of the end-to-end product lifecycle for fitness experiences, from discovery to delivery and iteration
• Build new features and products from scratch
• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap to encourage users to return
• Lead continuous customer discovery to understand users’ needs
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences
• Work closely with the founder and product leadership to build the team and shape structures
• Prioritize initiatives using customer insights, product data, and business impact
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to drive alignment and clarity
• Take ownership of outcomes, measure success, and continuously improve the product

• 4+ Years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment
• A strong track record of partnering with engineering and design teams and applying product practices such as roadmapping and prioritization
• Proven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision
• Hands-on experience leading customer discovery and making decisions based on user and product data
• Strong stakeholder management skills and clear, confident executive communication
• A structured, well-organized approach, with a strong bias toward action and execution
• A user-centric mindset focused on meaningful, impactful solutions
• Ability to work autonomously, take accountability, and navigate challenges effectively
• Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Genuine passion for fitness, sports, and building products in this space
