Product manager for digital solutions

• You are responsible overall for the professional management, support and further development of attractive digital solutions (including voicebots, digital assistants, online identification procedures, and solutions in the non-banking and near-banking areas).
• You actively shape our products and services, taking into account financial viability, the needs of savings banks and end customers, and strategic developments.
• You derive targeted measures based on figures, data and facts and implement them in collaboration with other departments.
• You ensure the monitoring of KPIs for continuous measurement of success.
• You are the central point of contact for external service providers, coordinating and implementing technical and regulatory requirements.
• You prepare presentations and decision-making documents for internal and external committees.

• Successfully completed degree with a business, technical and/or banking background, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, experience in product management or a comparable role in a digital environment.
• Strong service mindset, hands-on mentality, communication skills and technical affinity.
• Independent, self-reliant and team-oriented working style.
• Curiosity and enjoyment in questioning processes.
• You are willing to come to our main location in Halle (Saale) for a maximum of one day per week.
