Product manager for customs B2B platforms

eClear AG offers EU-wide customs and VAT clearing as an embedded checkout solution for marketplaces and digital platforms in e-commerce. Our cloud-based solutions automate and significantly simplify all tax, customs, and payment processes in cross-border online trade.

• You are responsible for the product roadmap and manage its implementation with a clear focus on business success, measurable results, and excellent execution.
• You define, monitor, and continuously optimize relevant product KPIs, ensure transparency about progress, and address performance deviations at an early stage.
• You actively drive implementation forward, challenge assumptions, remove obstacles, and ensure that commitments are met on time.
• You establish clear milestones and ensure that cross-functional teams achieve agreed goals and deadlines.
• You consistently follow up on delays, analyze their causes, and take appropriate measures to keep projects on track.
• You use data, customer feedback, and business metrics to set priorities and make informed product decisions.
• You foster a performance-oriented culture in which decisions are made based on facts and success is measured by concrete business results.
• You work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure alignment and the successful implementation of company goals.

• More than five years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS solutions, platform business models, or logistics technologies.
• A strong KPI- and data-driven approach to work, and a proven ability to make decisions based on facts, metrics, and business impact.
• A track record of successfully implementing products and initiatives from the concept phase through launch, with measurable results.
• Strong execution skills and a pronounced sense of responsibility for results and project success.
• Confidence in working with stakeholders and the ability to bring together different interests and ensure that commitments, milestones, and deadlines are met.
• A persistent, proactive, and resilient personality with a high level of initiative.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly identify the causes of challenges and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Fluent English, spoken and written. German language skills are desirable.
