product manager for B2B payments

Sokin is a next-generation B2B financial services provider enabling businesses to make and receive global payments with greater speed, lower cost, and total transparency. It delivers global payments and receivables, foreign exchange, treasury management, and finance reconciliation services across multiple regions.

• Own the product roadmap for the business customer portal and mobile app;
• Work with engineering and design to ship features that improve customer activation and day-to-day platform engagement;
• Define and track product metrics including activation rates, portal engagement, and mobile adoption;
• Use product metrics to prioritise the roadmap;
• Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from approval through to first use;
• Support multi-region product requirements across the UK, US, UAE, EU, AU, SG, and LATAM markets;
• Own the product area end-to-end, including roadmap prioritisation, backlog management, requirements definition, delivery execution, experimentation, and performance measurement;
• Use customer insights, behavioral analytics, and operational data to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and track impact against key metrics;
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and systems.

• 2–4 Years of product management experience, ideally within B2B fintech, payments, or SaaS;
• Proven experience owning customer-facing web or mobile products end-to-end;
• Ability to define metrics, instrument funnels, and make evidence-based decisions;
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, compliance, and commercial stakeholders;
• Experience building products in the fintech space;
• Ability to take full ownership of a product roadmap;
• Ability to understand product mechanics and the data behind them;
• Comfortable working with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders while keeping products user-centric and compliant;
• Good understanding of technical concepts and ability to work closely with engineers;
• Ability to solve problems in innovative and creative ways;
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complex technical dependencies, and operate with a high degree of autonomy;
• Candidates must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where they intend to work;
• Nice to have: Experience with multi-region or multi-market products, familiarity with mobile operating systems and related technology.
