• Generate innovative product growth ideas focused on paywall conversion, user onboarding, and retention strategies;
• Take full ownership of the first-session customer journey, analyze every step, remove friction, and improve user delight;
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap;
• Prioritize features and experiments based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals;
• Use analytics tools to monitor key product metrics;
• Conduct A/B tests and make informed decisions for continuous improvement;
• Work with engineering, marketing, and support to turn ideas into reality and maintain unified product messaging;
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in mobile apps and EdTech.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Manager for a B2C mobile application;
• A strong portfolio of successful projects;
• Demonstrated success optimizing paywalls and implementing freemium, subscription, and in-app purchase monetization strategies;
• Deep understanding of user psychology and a passion for intuitive, engaging user experiences;
• Ability to derive actionable insights and compelling hypotheses from data;
• Creative and strategic thinking, with confidence to challenge the status quo and propose bold ideas;
• Proactive, autonomous ownership and the ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
