- Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
- Define product strategy and roadmaps with AI, engineering, and design teams
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, engaging user experiences
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead rapid experimentation, prototyping, and feature validation
- Define success metrics and optimize product performance using data
- Prioritize initiatives and drive delivery with stakeholders
- Analyze user behavior, retention, and engagement trends
- Champion the customer voice throughout the product lifecycle
- Shape the long-term product vision for AI-powered consumer applications
требования
- 5+ Years of Product Management experience in technology businesses
- Experience launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or LLM-based products
- Proven track record of owning products or features from concept to launch
- Strong product discovery, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience defining KPIs and success metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach
- Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
- Будет плюсом: Experience building AI-first products, exposure to conversational AI, generative AI or creator tools, experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT or other AI-assisted development platforms, background in mobile applications, gaming, social, creator economy or subscription consumer products, understanding of experimentation frameworks, growth loops and retention mechanics

- Compensation up to €120k, DOE
