product manager for AI infrastructure

Joko is a certified B Corp technology company that helps consumers save time and money when shopping online or in-store. Its AI shopping app provides cashback, automatic coupons, price alerts, and product recommendations across more than 10,000 merchants.

• Set the AI Platform tribe’s strategy, priorities, and roadmap;
• Own Joker and Gotham, taking Joker toward a production-grade agent platform and delivering Gotham’s permission model;
• Build the automation layer by exposing scoped tools, defining agent instructions, and deciding where interfaces are needed;
• Retire legacy tools and systems without disrupting dependent teams;
• Own security, compliance, and reliability across identity, access, data retention, logging, auditing, and test coverage;
• Hire, mentor, and lead Product Managers;
• Set standards for discovery and delivery and provide product direction to engineers and designers;
• Serve as the interface for Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data, and Care;
• Define and report success through time saved, cost removed, risk reduced, and adoption by internal teams.

• 5+ Years of experience in Product;
• Experience leading or mentoring other Product Managers;
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools and a practical understanding of agent capabilities and limitations;
• Experience building for internal users, with a focus on efficiency, robustness, and adoption;
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, identity, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture;
• Proven people management experience;
• Ability to grow Product Managers, set high standards, and provide direction without making every decision personally;
• Strong stakeholder leadership, prioritization, alignment, and trade-off management skills;
• Data-driven, impact-oriented, and pragmatic approach;
• Clear and structured communication of complex technical topics in terms of business impact;
• Ownership-driven, resilient, entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to solve high-impact operational problems;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Based in France or Spain;
• Nice to have: Experience with internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products; French.
