Spotware develops cBridge, a scalable and competitive trading platform.

• Own, prioritize, and maintain the cBridge product backlog;
• Collect, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements with stakeholders;
• Define solution scope, functional expectations, and non-functional requirements;
• Prepare high-level technical solution designs covering architecture, integrations, constraints, and implementation risks;
• Create and prioritize analysis tasks for Business/System Analysts;
• Review and validate functional and technical specifications;
• Prepare implementation priorities, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope;
• Define and maintain quarterly product and delivery plans;
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle across Business/System Analysis, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams;
• Lead sprint, release, quarterly planning, backlog refinement, and delivery coordination;
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, resource planning, and delivery schedules;
• Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of risks, blockers, and dependencies;
• Ensure releases meet timelines, scope, and agreed quality standards;
• Coordinate release readiness across engineering teams;
• Define, document, and improve engineering processes, development workflows, and delivery practices;
• Ensure engineering teams follow development processes, quality standards, and release procedures;
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
• Establish, monitor, and improve engineering KPIs and delivery metrics;
• Track engineering team delivery performance using objective metrics and KPIs;
• Monitor individual delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities;
• Work with engineering managers and team leads to improve planning accuracy, execution quality, and delivery efficiency;
• Prepare delivery status reports, project dashboards, and executive progress updates;
• Collaborate with engineering managers, architects, Business/System Analysts, developers, QA, DevOps, Product Managers, and business stakeholders;
• Align product priorities with engineering capacity and business objectives;
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, release readiness, and delivery progress;
• Facilitate decision-making across multiple teams and ensure lifecycle alignment;
• Ensure product increments satisfy functional and non-functional requirements before release;
• Support prioritization and resolution of production issues;
• Ensure root causes are addressed and preventive improvements are implemented;
• Monitor release quality and improve engineering and release processes;
• Leverage AI tools for requirements analysis, technical design, documentation, planning, reporting, and engineering processes;
• Validate AI-generated outputs before using them in planning, documentation, or technical decision-making.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Owner, Engineering Project Manager, or in a similar technical leadership role;
• Experience managing the complete software development lifecycle across cross-functional engineering teams;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, release planning, roadmap planning, and delivery management;
• Experience coordinating Business/System Analysis, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams;
• Experience preparing high-level technical designs for distributed software systems;
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements covering scalability, reliability, availability, security, observability, and performance;
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, databases, and system integration principles;
• Experience creating technical work items for analysts and reviewing technical specifications;
• Experience defining and improving engineering processes, development workflows, and delivery practices;
• Experience tracking engineering performance using KPIs, delivery metrics, and project dashboards;
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and risk management skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and business audiences;
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration;
• Practical use of AI tools in daily work and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs;
• Nice to have: Experience in Forex/CFD, trading platforms, fintech, or financial services.
