YOPE is a fast-growing American startup building a private social app for close friends. The app helps people share everyday life through group albums, photos, videos, and messages.

• Find opportunities to improve how people discover, use, and return to YOPE
• Develop product ideas, explore different approaches, and decide what to test
• Work with designers and engineers to define features, agree on scope, and ship them
• Set clear goals for each initiative and assess results using data and user feedback
• Run experiments to improve growth, engagement, retention, or revenue
• Manage priorities and resolve open questions to keep work moving
• Follow up after launch, improve what works, and stop what does not
• Own product initiatives from idea to launch and assess their impact on user behavior and business results
• Help shape how people share moments and stay connected with close friends

• Experience building and improving consumer apps as a Middle/Senior Product Manager
• Measurable results in growth or revenue and a clear understanding of which decisions contributed to them
• Ability to develop initial ideas in depth and propose alternative solutions
• Strong execution skills, including organizing work, making decisions, and seeing initiatives through
• Confidence using product analytics and experiments to test assumptions
• Attention to user experience details
• Clear communication with designers, engineers, and other teammates
• English sufficient to work confidently in an international team
• No specific industry experience is required; candidates should be able to explain what they worked on, what they changed, and the results they achieved
