Product Manager, Document Domain

• Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring, and collaboration experiences
• Shape end-to-end document workflows from drafting to completion
• Integrate AI capabilities into document authoring, refinement, structure, and automation, focusing on user outcomes
• Define product direction for modern document systems combining structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows
• Partner with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models
• Collaborate with senior product managers to ensure consistent, connected customer journeys
• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry
• Shape the long-term direction of the Document Domain to ensure flexibility, coherence, and readiness for evolving AI-powered capabilities

• 7+ Years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end, from strategy through delivery and iteration
• Familiarity with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models such as PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or AI-generated content
• Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features, including UX behavior, rollout strategies, and iteration based on real-world usage
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows with a focus on measurable user outcomes
• Experience with rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes, experiments, and AI-assisted tools
• AI fluency, including using AI for analysis, prototyping, and workflow automation, and translating ambiguous AI capabilities into dependable product experiences
• Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complexity, frame trade-offs, and align cross-functional teams
• Pragmatic, execution-oriented approach, balancing experimentation with prioritization and delivery discipline
• Ability to partner with technical teams on system design, APIs, and platform constraints

• Salary range in Poland: 31,000-40,000 PLN per month
