The company’s customer-facing digital products include mobile apps and a web portal used by its customers.
задачи
- Own the roadmap for the mobile apps and customer portal, from discovery through release and iteration;
- Turn business needs into clear, buildable scope, including user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and the reasoning behind them;
- Work side by side with developers, designers, and QA through the full delivery cycle;
- Run discovery with real customers and internal business users, and use that evidence to inform prioritization decisions;
- Keep stakeholders informed about what shipped, what slipped, what changed, and why;
- Use AI tools, including Claude and Figma, to move faster on research, specs, prototypes, and analysis;
- Define success metrics before launch and hold the product to them afterward.
требования
- At least 6 years of digital product management experience with customer-facing products;
- Proven track record of shipping both native/mobile apps and web portals;
- Strong experience working directly with development teams in agile, sprint-based environments, with real involvement in trade-off decisions;
- Ability to translate between business users and engineers without losing either side;
- Fluent, precise English, written and spoken;
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in daily workflows and curiosity about their future development;
- Bias toward shipping, preferring to release something small this month rather than something perfect next quarter;
- Nice to have: German language skills, design fluency in Figma, experience in a fully remote or distributed team, a background in real estate, proptech, or another operations-heavy domain.
